Frank Friday Photo: Ugly Clipboards

These are the clipboards I tried to make after seeing them in Martha Stewart. They are very ugly. Why do I even try, Martha? I'm sick of trying. I'm done with trying. For a while they just sat in a pile on the counter. Then I hung them up. Now I think about how ugly they are whenever I walk past them. "But," I consider, "no one will ever see them but me." Blogging is so great.

Interesting that you do not like them. When I was at your house last I was admiring them and wondering where you had purchased them ... Now that I know you MADE them, I'm super impressed.

I always thought that when Martha Stewert's punishment for insider trading should have been to iron all her "everyday" towels and sheets she sold at K-Mart. but maybe a better punishment would be to go around and fix all the "simple" projects she created in everyone's home.

Oh, Kaylynn is a genius! I think that would be an awesome punishment. That, or she should have to pay me back for all the supplies I bought for "simple projects" that went horribly wrong.

They look good to me!

Were you fishing for compliemts?

(If you were, it worked!!)

(Bet Martha didn't get any!)

Frank Friday photo is not about fishing for compliments. Happily, they are sometimes an unintended side effect. Frankly, the boards are uglier in real life.

I like them! But once you put stuff on them, no one will see your handiwork. For shame :(
